Here in this post I’ll be going over my favorite and least favorite blends of wine. I really love the art of wine making and tasting, and so I would like to share this hobby with all of you. my reading scale will be a one through 10. One being that I liked at the least, and number 10 being that I liked the most. I hope you enjoy my wine list review.
My view on alcohol
I really feel that hard liquors are really bad for you. Overtime they can be extremely toxic to the liver. But then again any alcohol can be. That’s why it’s more of a controversial topic in regards to incorporating any kind of alcohol intake into your spiritual pathway. Is it OK to drink? Well, yes and no. You don’t want to call yourself a virtuous person and sit there chugging a bunch of bottles of beer or slamming down a bunch of cocktails or glasses of wine that’s for sure. But it is OK to take in an occasional beverage. That is if you don’t have problems with compulsive disorder or addictive personality disorder. If you have those issues and you definitely want to stay away from anything that has a history of becoming addictive.
There are some religions that totally forbid the intake of alcohol and other products such as sugar, caffeine etc. These are considered to be drugs and are extremely unhealthy to the body if taken in excess. I do respect that these religions emphasize their dislike for the consumption of these products because, it obviously is a known fact that these substances can become addicting. Just enforcing that it’s not OK for their people to take any of them, shows that they’re trying preventative measures in keeping their people from developing any kind of addiction. They try to illuminate any addiction just in saying no altogether. That definitely shows signs of trying to protect their people.
However, it is a preference I believe. I’m not condoning drinking. But in my own opinion I do think it’s OK once in a while to have half of a glass of wine with a nice meal to bring out the flavor of your dish. Wine is also a beautiful art in its making. I make my own wine from the grapes that I grow here on my property although I don’t have an entire vineyard yet. I just started the process of making my first batch of wine for this year just yesterday.
If we go back into religion though, back in ancient times it was hard for people to find clean water. Consuming beverages that had become tainted with alcohol from fermentation ensured that it would be bacteria free. Jesus himself was known to drink his fair share of wine. However, the wine during that time is often very late in alcohol content until festivals and celebrations came about. They would always bring out the wine that was higher in alcohol content for those occasions.
That’s why you don’t hear about Christ walking around as a drunkard. He himself was the one who even saidthere anything done in moderation was fine. The reason why I referred back to Jesus (Yeshua) so much in my work is because of my knowledge of him having been Archangel Michael reincarnated. I respect Archangel Michael and all of his incarnations here on this earth. You don’t have to believe in this, but it’s what I know to be true. It’s up to you to decide through your own research. If you compare the stories of Jesus (Yeshua), Krishna and Buddha… They were all on the same path way toward enlightenment, and taught similar teachings that were even worded almost exactly the same. They even all have the same background story. Much of that background story was also brought into Rome in stories of Mithras. Like I said, do your own research.
Nevertheless, even though a lot of this relates to astrology, there were prophetic figures that represented the “below” factor of these teachings whereas the rest of it was able to be mirrored in the “above” aspect of their philosophies. represented the below factor of these teachings whereas the rest of it was able to be mirrored in the above aspect of their philosophies. And for those figures to have left their imprint in their role on earth and its religious and spiritual foundations, there would’ve had to of been a great heavenly figure that came in those bodies to teach what they knew from above here below. I teach more in my courses.
Sticking with the subject at hand though moderation is a great part of the enlightened path. When a person can do things very subtly to where it doesn’t become a problem for them, then it shows great self discipline.
Unfortunately there are people in this world that don’t have a lot of self discipline and often fall into overindulgent patterns. I have studied addiction for a long time. I’ve known a lot of people that have fall victim to its prey, and I can tell you that in psychology it is considered to be a disease. I don’t really believe it to be so though. I believe that all things are a product of a persons mind and how they choose to control it. Anything can be transcended when a person really believes they can.
For those of you out there that are in self-control and that don’t believe in addiction which I don’t, then maybe taking in a good glass of wine on occasion and be something to think about and enjoy.

Below, I will review some of the wines that I have tried in the last couple of years. This is my list of dues and don’ts when it comes to wine drinking. I’ll skip all of the fancy artistic wine lingo and speak to you in clear layman‘s terms. Not everybody is highly educated on wine tasting and I definitely want you to know what you’re getting yourself into should you decide to try one of these brands. as for me, I have gotten into wine tasting and wine making several years ago. It all started back in 2005 when a friend of mine took me to a wine tasting event. I kept exclaiming that I didn’t drink nor did I have an interest in it. However the person explained to me that it wasn’t considered “drinking” to taste wine. In fact they explain to me that all I needed to do was take a sip or two, enjoy the wonderful aroma‘s and flavor, and the side if I’d like to have a little more of that particular blend, if I wanted to afterwards. Going into the subject further, I learned a great deal about all of the great intricate detail that goes into crafting wine. When I was in a past lifetime of mine, we had a vineyard and I remembered some of those details myself. However the modernized way of crafting wine was fascinating because it still had some hints of the old ways But with some new things added and modern technology. After the event, I was intrigued. I had made my own wine for the first time in 2016. It’s been a while since then because we moved around a little bit. But here now that I have my own property I have finally gotten around to growing my grapevines were produced grapes. It took to four years for it to grow its first produce.

Copper & Thief Wine
Copper & Thief wine was actually a very strong blend. I didn’t expect to drink so little of it and feel a little fuzzy. It had a very strong taste to it, as it is stored in bourbon barrels which you can definitely taste the flavor of. It had a little bit of a smoky taste in the background of it but overall, I would give it a five on my 1 to 10 chart.

Cline 2013 Vintage
I didn’t really prefer this particular wine. I actually had never heard of it before that day and there weren’t a lot of reviews on it, on YouTube. I do like Zinfandel but this one definitely had a little bit more of a spicier note to it. And so I would read it with a number five as well. The aroma and color were beautiful though.

Luna Di Luna
I really enjoyed this wine and I will score it a number eight. It was very sweet and I would liking it more to a dessert wine. It had a very fruity taste to it and the smell was like citrus. I really highly recommend this wine for just having a glass with a friend. It’s very delicious and it’s some thing that you can really palette wine for just having a glass with a friend. It’s very delicious and it’s some thing that you can really palette. Other wines sometimes can be very strong in their taste and smell that it’s not as enjoyable when socializing. I enjoy things that are very delicate and smooth and their taste and in their fragrance. This was definitely a wine that had accomplished that.

Beringer Main & Vine
Another Zinfandel, this particular wine was actually very good. It wasn’t too heavy on the spicier taste and it was a beautiful color. I enjoyed the aroma as well because it wasn’t too strong and just woke up my sense of smell enough that it led me to a desire to want to taste it. With some wines the smell is so strong that you can almost immediately tell that it’s not going to be swallowed easily. With this wine, I just knew upon taking a sniff that it was going to be very enjoyable. I would give it a seven on my scoring chart.

Louis M. Martini

The Louis M. Martini Cabernet Sauvignon from 2015 was a beautiful color and was a very juicy red blend. I thought that the taste was a little bit on the strong side but if you like wine and you want one that goes well with a vegetarian dish, and this would be a good one to go with. It wasn’t one of my favorites by itself, but when paired with a nice vegetable meal like baked zucchini, it really brought the flavor out in the food. I would give it a number for by itself, and I would give it a number six when paired with a meal. I would give it a number for by itself, and I would give it a number six when paired with a meal.
Francis Coppola
I had these wines being purchased for me throughout time. And so, there were a lot of these zinfandels that came around as well as the red blends. I particularly enjoy white wines or champagne. This brand was created by the Director Francis Coppola. It had only a couple of reviews on YouTube but was spoken highly of. I thought that it was a medium strength in the taste and the aroma was very strong with alcohol. You don’t want to be able to smell the alcohol content when going into smelling your wine during wine tasting. It has a very strong smell of alcohol to it, then it’s pretty certain that it’s going to be strong when swallowing. I have to admit that while I think there was a lot that went into this wine, for me myself, I would give it a number 5 on my chart. I’m sure there are others that really enjoyed it though. I think that this wine would be best paired with dishes consisting of meat like steaks or seafood. I don’t eat those types of things, but for those that do, then this would be a good wine to present at your dinner party.

DaVinci Chianti
I think that a lot of wines replicate each other in the field of competition. A lot of the wines that I have here resemble one another in a lot of ways if under the same type of grapes. For an example of the red blends are pretty similar to one another. I would give DaVinci Chianti a number five score as well.

Dreaming Tree Chardonnay
Now here’s a wine that I can talk about with some interesting background history. If you’ve ever heard of Dave Matthews band, then you’ll know the creator of this wine. The lead singer came up with his own brand of wine falling in the Chardonnay family. I was actually enjoying this wine quite a bit and played his music in the background during the winetasting. I forgot how great some of his songs were. A lot of kids these days have probably never heard of him but, for those of you growing up in the 90s, he was pretty popular back then. He had a lot of symbolism in his music and I really enjoyed the concept of the wine. He put a lot of inspiration into this bottle all by itself. It was a very sweet tasting Chardonnay with a mellow but sweet aroma. You could drink it as a dessert wine, pair it with fish or just drink it by itself. I would give it a nine.

Adam’s County Rebel Red
Now this is going to get a number 10 score from me. This bottle of wine was a gift from my Airbnb host when I was out in Gettysburg just recently. I had some work to do out there in Gettysburg even though it was only for a two day trip. I really enjoyed Gettysburg overall and I’ll talk about that later on in another blog. However, upon arrival, I saw this bottle of wine sitting on the table with a welcome note. I have to say that not only was the thought super nice, but the wine is scrumptious. It’s really sweet and could pass for juice.I had some work to do out there in Gettysburg even though it was only for a two day trip. I have to say that not only was the thought super nice, but the wine is scrumptious. It’s really sweet and could pass for juice! Of course there’s that little hint that lets you know that it’s alcohol, but it is so subtle that you could probably get lost drinking a couple glasses of this. So be careful. It’s really enjoyable though and you could probably have a glass of this with almost anything or by itself. I was completely taken away with the flavor. I highly suggest this wine above all of the other ones.Of course there’s that little hint that lets you know that it’s alcohol, but it is so subtle that you could probably get lost drinking a couple glasses of this. I highly suggest this wine above all of the other ones. Like I said you want to be careful drinking it because it’s 11.5% alcohol by volume but it is so delicious! The color is exquisite and the taste is so light, it tastes a lot like cranberry juice. They definitely represented Gettysburg in making an exquisite wine for such an exquisite place.

My beloved souls, that’s about all except for maybe a recommendation for a champagne? I don’t really get a lot of champagne, but I really do enjoy a particular brand. La Marca Prosecco. I think it’s a pretty good champagne as it’s a little bit of a blend of dry and sweet. Champagne is really just sparkling white wine. This brand here, is especially delicious and its great for any occasion.

My own blend
My own blend of wine that I am in the process of crafting right now is a red blendbut I’m expecting that it will be a little bit on the lighter pink side. I’m hoping to perfect the alcohol content level to being about seven or 8% volume.I won’t be adding any notes of nuts, or any other spices as I would really like to enjoy the natural flavor of the grapes that I grew from my wine for the first time and the two years that it took for it to bear fruit. Perhaps maybe next year I’ll consider adding different flavors. Even though it’s in the process I know that it’ll take quite some time until it’s ready. I’ll probably be able to finally bottle it up and enjoy it by spring of 2022. However, I’m going to allow it to H until the end of the year celebration so far around the time of the autumn equinox. And so you’ll probably be seeing me post about it next September.
